Two 6.5 year old boys with a serious heart condition!!

After a busy day with my girls I came home to see this
post listed on our Advocating SN Yahoo Group...
I have a very special love for these kids with
heart conditions since one of my daughters
had a heart condition. I hope these boys
find their forever familes.

I am hoping this group can help me advocate for 2 beautiful 6.5 yr old boys who are on the waiting child list at CHSFS. Both boys have serious heart conditions and need a family and medical care asap. They are part of the Journey to Hope kids through CHSFS.

I will post pics of them in the CHSFS album if I can- if not I will start a new album. Their names are An Xiang and Kan Fang.

What else can I / we do to get their names and pictures out there?

I believe there is a $5,000 grant attached to each boy by an anonymous donor and they both have Brittany scholarship attached to them too!

Please help find these boys a home!!
